Legends of Elegance Pageantry, LLC is owned and run by Lea LeVega in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. Virtual pageant awards are shipped from Whitehall, PA or directly from the Manufacturer in Alabama.

In-Person pageants are typically held in Northeast Pennsylvania.
